Woodworking Customer Support
Lie-Nielsen Toolworks, makers of heirloom quality woodworking hand tools in Warren, Maine, is looking for a new member of our customer support team.
Responsibilities include interacting with customers via email and phone, processing orders and returns, troubleshooting issues with tools, assisting customers with their woodworking questions, and occasional help with production as needed.
Hands-on woodworking experience is strongly preferred.
Understanding of social media and website management is a plus, but not required.
Job Type: Full time on site in Warren, Maine.
Pay: $18-$20, depending on experience.
