Palomar College Cabinet and Furniture Making Technology program was founded in 1956. Since then it has built up a comprehensive woodworking curriculum with three fully equipped shops and a wide range courses such as: Furniture Design, Timber Framing, Guitar Building, and Production Cabinetmaking. They like their students to be dedicated to mastering the skills of traditional and contemporary fine woodworking.
